Acknowledgment

By using Let2Rent's services and website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.



Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Respect the property, maintaining its condition and decor as found upon arrival.
• Cover costs for any damages or repairs due to misuse.
• Allow Let2Rent or authorized personnel access for necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Adhere to all local laws and property rules, including noise restrictions and occupancy limits.
• Refrain from illegal activities, drug use, and smoking inside the property.
• Leave the property clean and remove all personal rubbish upon departure.
• Return all keys and access cards at the end of the stay, with charges applied for any unreturned items.
• Not engage in subletting, sharing, or altering the property without consent.

Deposit

For stays over 30 nights, a refundable deposit is required, details of which will be communicated via email after booking confirmation.

Termination

Guests must vacate the property by the agreed check-out time. Failure to do so may result in eviction and charges. Any breach of terms may lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings over 30 days: Cancellations within 15 days of check-in incur a 50% booking fee. Cancellations earlier than 15 days receive a full refund.
• Bookings of 30 days or less: Cancellations within 5 days or less of check-in result in no refund. Cancellations earlier than 5 days receive a full refund.
• During the stay: Cancellations in short term bookings (less than 30 days) result in no refund. For long term bookings (more than 30 days), a 15-day rent fee is retained, with the remaining amount refunded.

General

Let2Rent reserves the right to modify these terms and policies as needed. It is the guest's responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
